Subject: Cleaning of Plots

The Kouklia Community Council informs all plot owners that as of 15/04/2026, it will begin cleaning plots from wild vegetation, grass, rubble, and/or general waste.

Any plots that are not clean will be cleaned by the Community Council at a charge of €100 per plot for grass removal.

On 16/04/2026, photography and inspection of the plots and/or parcels will take place for the Council’s records, prior to any cleaning work for owners who have not carried out the required maintenance.

Responsibility for the cleaning lies solely with the owner of the plot, even in cases where waste materials have been placed there by third parties.

Owners who have assigned the cleaning to third parties are kindly requested to supervise the result to avoid misunderstandings.

This notice is considered a personal notification to all the above-mentioned owners or managers and is issued in accordance with the Communities Law, Articles 103(1) and 103(2).
